The affiliation field corresponds to the address or affiliation field in external sources. For example, if you enter Grenoble in the affiliation field, you will find records of publications in which Grenoble appears in an author address.
- Enter one or two significant words, such as the name of a city. Avoid common address terms such as University or Institute, which may have multiple abbreviations. Likewise, department names and affiliations are often abbreviated in databases.
- Combine a search by affiliation with a search by another field such as authors.
